Beyond symptoms, unlock your full movement potential

With clinical experience spanning Spain, France and the UAE, Marcos Jusdado is a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports recovery, and functional neurology. His approach focuses on understanding the factors contributing to pain and movement dysfunction rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.

At Kinesis Clinic in Dubai, Marcos combines physiotherapy, osteopathy, clinical neuroscience and movement-based rehabilitation to assess and treat each patient from an integrative perspective. His approach considers not only the affected joint or muscle, but also how the nervous system can influence pain, movement, coordination and physical performance.

An advanced multidisciplinary background in physiotherapy

Marcos has built an extensive academic and clinical foundation across physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, osteopathy, clinical neuroscience and functional neurology.

His training includes a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy, five years of postgraduate MSc training in Osteopathy and an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience. He has also completed more than two years of advanced specialisation in Functional Neurology and Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex (P-DTR).

Across more than 11 years of international training and almost ten years in private clinical practice in Europe and the UAE, Marcos has delivered more than 12,000 treatment sessions. This combination of clinical experience and multidisciplinary education shapes his individualised approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

An integrative approach to pain, movement and performance

Marcos approaches rehabilitation by looking beyond the location of pain to understand the wider factors that may be influencing a patient’s symptoms and movement.

Depending on the individual’s needs, his treatment plans may combine manual therapy, functional neurology principles, movement-based rehabilitation, education and progressive exercise.

Depending on the individual’s needs, his treatment plans may combine manual therapy, functional neurology principles, movement-based rehabilitation, education and progressive exercise.

His core areas of expertise include:

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction, with treatment tailored to the patient’s symptoms, physical demands and recovery goals.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Supporting athletes and active individuals returning to activities including padel, running, golf, weightlifting and other sports through individualised rehabilitation and progressive movement programmes.

Functional Neurology & P-DTR

Using a nervous system-focused approach to assess sensory and motor responses that may contribute to pain, stiffness, altered movement and reduced function.

Vestibular Rehabilitation

Assessment and rehabilitation for dizziness, vertigo and balance-related concerns, with an approach that considers how different sensory systems contribute to balance and spatial orientation.

Posture, Movement & Breathing

Assessing postural, movement and breathing patterns that may contribute to neck tension, rounded shoulders, stiffness and discomfort associated with prolonged desk work.

Executive Health & Physical Performance

Supporting busy professionals experiencing the physical effects of prolonged sitting, demanding schedules and reduced movement, with programmes focused on mobility, physical capacity and everyday function.

Physiotherapy that looks beyond the site of pain

Marcos believes effective rehabilitation begins with understanding why symptoms may be occurring. Rather than focusing solely on the painful area, he considers the relationship between the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, movement patterns and the physical demands of everyday life.

This allows treatment to be personalised around the individual, whether the goal is managing persistent musculoskeletal pain, returning to sport after injury, improving balance and movement, or building greater physical capacity.

Your path to better movement starts here

At Kinesis Clinic, Marcos is committed to helping patients better understand their symptoms and take an active role in their rehabilitation. His combination of physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, osteopathy and clinical neuroscience provides a multidisciplinary framework for personalised care.

Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, experiencing persistent musculoskeletal pain, managing dizziness or balance concerns, or working towards improved physical performance, Marcos develops rehabilitation plans around your individual needs and goals.
